Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us run the clinic efficiently and offer appointments to other patients, we ask that you follow the notice periods below.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. With this notice we can usually offer the slot to another patient and rearrange your appointment without charge.
Late cancellation or non-attendance
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the full fee for that appointment will be charged.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.
Arriving late
If you arrive significantly late it may not be possible to complete the full treatment within the reserved time. In such cases treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the appointment fee will still apply.
Thank you for helping us provide a reliable service to all patients.
